This course will teach you how to master the art of self-control and stress management. As a part of mental wellness, this course serves as an "Intervention" to help you develop strategies in communication, and managing relationships successfully. We recommend you take the course for your own personal growth and development to enhance social skills for school, work, and the home environment. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Register 1st by completing the Enrollment Form Below.

What an amazing program. My girls enjoy math and are passionate about science. Programs like FTLF make it possible for my girls to continue thriving and exploring their interest through local engineering camps.
