Chris Howard has his B.A. in Kinesiology and Masters in Exercise Science. He wrestled, played football and ran track in high school and college. I can assure you, Chris Howard is your guy to get you right physically and mentally by adopting the good habits he proposes towards improving your healthy lifestyle.
